The factory is located on Cailu Industrial Road, Chengdong Sub-district, Dongyang City, covering a total area of 4,000 square meters, among which the standardized production workshop occupies 2,000 square meters. Equipped with 5 high-quality production lines and more than 20 sets of precision production equipment, it realizes full-process mechanized and intelligent control from raw material screening to finished product delivery. The annual output of various types of fitness balls is about 3 million pieces, which can meet the large-volume order needs of different customers.
To ensure product safety, the factory has established a strict quality control system and obtained BSCI certification. The raw materials are all food-grade PVC and environmentally friendly rubber, which are odorless, anti-aging and wear-resistant. After multiple processes such as high-temperature melting and high-pressure shaping, the fitness balls can withstand a pressure of more than 300 kilograms without breaking, complying with the EU ROHS environmental protection standards and providing a solid guarantee for consumers' fitness safety
