Introduction to KW&Y Business Co., Ltd

Company Overview: KW&Y Business Co., Ltd. (Company), founded in September 2016, is located in Seoul, South Korea. It is a highly specialized, large-scale, and widely involved Korean enterprise, mainly engaged in the development and operation of intelligent fitness equipment; Meituan Dianping Korean agent; Medical tourism; Catering pre made dishes and other businesses. In the spirit of honesty, technology first, and pursuit of excellence, we serve society and provide customers with high-quality products and thoughtful services.

Company History Process:

In 2018, Meituan Dianping signed a contract to establish an exclusive agency in South Korea.

In 2020, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of single person and dual employee households increased. Our company also expanded its catering and pre made dishes business, which has developed rapidly. So far, we have 7 directly operated stores and 4 franchise stores spread throughout Seoul.

In 2021, we renewed our contract with Meituan Dianping's Korean agency and have since expanded our operations to two more agents in Jeju Island.

In 2023, the combination of EMS technology and IT technology introduced from Europe was used to develop MYO, an intelligent lying and slimming fitness instrument called MOY HOME; Intelligent wrist protector MYO BAND; MYO PET, an intelligent treatment device for pet dog hind legs, is the world's first health service project that combines low-frequency muscle exercise, body composition analyzer, and user application forms.

Future Outlook: The company's vision is to become a leader in China's intelligent slimming and health industry. The company plans to launch an online fitness course through MYO HOME, which allows members to enjoy the fun of slimming and fitness at home through MYO HOME's 1:1 program. 20 minutes of exercise per day is equivalent to 2 hours of exercise. The company focuses on the construction of a service system and the support of after-sales service, aiming to provide customers with advanced intelligent technology, high-quality service, and professional guidance.
